Though Gtech do very little in regards of spare parts we do have access to a range of good quality third party spares. This enables us to be able to complete 90% of our repairs cost effectively, saving you money and the inconvenience of having to buy a replacement vacuum cleaner.

All machines we Service or Repair are tagged so we can look back on our documents and see what we did to your appliance. So in the unlikely event something goes wrong you don't have to worry about trying to find your receipt, just bring your appliance in and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
